The Merrill

The Merrill

The Merrill is a two-tower residential complex proposed for construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. If built, the two towers will be 650 feet (198 m) tall and have 60 floors. Tower One would have 600 units and Tower Two would have 700. In the original plan there would have been two 900 foot buildings, a 59-story condominium tower, a smaller 25-story condominium tower, and a total of 3,020 condo units. But, the original plan for the towers was ruled to be too tall and in the way of McCarran International Airport's flight paths, so the complex was redesigned.
