José-María Siles is a Spanish independent film director and journalist, expert on international relations. Before the death of general Franco, he produced two documentaries: Topares and Good Morning Portugal, which suffered censorship in Spain. But the Franco's regimen couldn't stop these two shorts films to become a cult in the alternative scene.
