Guillaume Canet (born 10 April 1973) is a French actor and César Award winning film director.

Life

He was born in Boulogne-Billancourt. After dating since 1999, he married German model-actress Diane Kruger on 1 September 2001. They divorced in 2006. He is currently dating and living with Academy Award winning French actress, Marion Cotillard. The two met when they co-starred in 2003's Love me if you dare.,He won the César Award for Best Director in 2007 for his film "Ne le dis à personne" ("Tell No One"). It is based upon the novel by Harlan Coben and starred François Cluzet as the leading part. 25 February 2007.
