The High Sheriff of Humberside was a High Sheriff title which was in existence from 1974 until 1996, covering Humberside, England.[cite book | last = Omerod | first =W.M. | | title =The Lord Lieutenants & High Sheriffs of Yorkshire 1066-2000| publisher =Department of History of the University of York| date = 2000 | url =http://www.pen-and-sword.co.uk/index.php?product_id=423| isbn = 1871647746] ]The county of Humberside was formed from most of the East Riding of Yorkshire and parts of Lincolnshire in 1974 by the Local Government Act 1972 and was served by its own High Sheriff, replacing the High Sheriff of Yorkshire and High Sheriff of Lincolnshire.
