Eugene Turner (born in Los Angeles) was an American figure skater who competed in single skating, pair skating, and ice dancing.

As a single skater, he won the 1940 and 1941 United States Figure Skating Championships. He took up pair skating for a year with Donna Atwood and together they are the 1941 U.S. pairs champions. As an ice dancer, he won the silver medal at the U.S. Championships with Elizabeth Kennedy, also in 1941.

During World War Two, he served in the United States Air Force. After the war, he became a coach and skated professionally. He partnered with Sonja Henie during her tour. He also worked as a skating double for Cary Grant and Patrick Knowles.
