Ralph "Rep" Porter is an American professional poker player who won the 2008 World Series of Poker $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Six-Handed event.

Porter graduated from the University of Washington and worked as an equity options trader prior to becoming a professional poker player. Porter has 11 cashes at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) among them was making the Final Table in the $1,500 Limit Hold'em Shootout event at the 2006 WSOP, coming in 4th earning $39,339, his highest cash at the Main Event was 39th place at the 2007 WSOP, earning $237,865. On June 5, 2008 Porter won his first World Series of Poker bracelet in the $1,500 Buy-in No-Limit Hold'em Six-Handed event at the 2008 World Series of Poker, earning $372,843.
