Margrave Frederick William of Brandenburg-Schwedt

Frederick William of Brandenburg-Schwedt, Prince of Prussia (17 November 1700, Oranienbaum - 4 March 1771, Wildenbruch) was margrave of Brandenburg-Schwedt and first prince of the Prussian blood from 1711 to 1771.

Genealogy

Frederick William belonged to the first branch of the House of Hohenzollern. This line produced electors of Brandenburg and kings and emperors of Prussia and Germany. Frederick William was the descendent of Bouchard I, count of Zollern.
