Andrea 'Andy' Wyatt, played by Kathleen York, is a recurring character on the NBC political drama "The West Wing". She is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives representing the state of Maryland, and former wife of White House Communications Director Toby Ziegler

Wyatt was already divorced from Toby Ziegler by the first episode of "The West Wing". Some of the events surrounding this were shown in flashbacks in the fourth-season episode "Debate Camp". The reasons for the divorce are unclear, but the flashbacks indicate that the couple's desire to have children was impeded by their busy schedules. It appears she has been in office for a while, as in a third season episode she stated that she was the third ranking member on the House International Relations Committee. In the beginning of the fourth season, Wyatt became pregnant with Toby's twins (though their previous use of fertility medicine makes the exact nature of their relationship at the time unclear), but kept it a secret during the 2002 election. She won the election with 85% of the vote. Throughout the season, Toby continually attempted to reconcile with her even going as far as buying a house. She finally stated that she had no interest in him because she believes he is too "sad" and "not warm." At the end of the fourth season, she gave birth to twins: Molly, who was named after the secret service murdered in the Zoey Bartlet kidnapping that night; and Huckleberry, named after Wyatt's grandfather. Wyatt did not appear on the show again until the end of the fifth season when she went with a Congressional delegation to the Middle East. During that trip, two Congressmen were killed, Admiral Percy Fitzwallace was killed and White House aide Donna Moss was critically injured. However, Wyatt escaped relatively unharmed.

Wyatt represents the Maryland 5th. In real life, the district is located in the DC suburbs of College Park, Greenbelt and Southeastern Maryland and is represented by House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer. It is revealed during the final days of the 2006 Elections that Wyatt is in a very close race for reelection as a result of her ex-husband being the White House leaker. Wyatt begs Toby to tell the Special Prosecutor to say it was David, Toby's astronaut brother. She is presumed to have been reelected, because she is later seen in the National Cathedral, and her defeat is not mentioned on election night, at the headquarters of Matt Santos' campaign in Texas.
