icupdate = Brian Corry (born 1988 in Ballymartle, County Cork) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays hurling with his local club Ballymartle and with the Cork senior inter-county team.

Playing career

Club

Corry plays his club hurling with his local club in Ballymartle. He has enjoyed some limited success with the club.

Inter-county

Corry first came to prominence on the inter-county scene as a member of the Cork minor hurling team in 2006. That year he won a Munster title in that grade, however, Cork were defeated in the latter stages of the All-Ireland competition. The following year Corry moved up to the under-21 grade and enjoyed further provincial success. He won a Munster medal in that grade in 2007, however, in spite of high expectations Cork were defeated by Galway in an exciting All-Ireland final. In 2008 Corry was included as a member of the Cork senior hurling panel. He made his debut as a substitute in the Munster semi-final against Tipperary, however, Cork lost on that occasion.
