"Say It's Gonna Rain" is the title of a 1988 song by the American dance-pop band known as Will to Power. The original version of the song appeared on their self-titled debut album, released by Epic Records. The lead vocals on the track were sung by then-band member Suzi Carr [(page 715)] . A 12" single was released to dance clubs in 1988, and this remix became the first of two #1 songs for the band on the American dance chart. The song remained at #1 on this chart for two weeks in August and September of 1988.
