East-west Line

East-west Line

The East-west Line is a proposed rail by the MTRC to link up the East and West of Kowloon and the New Territories of Hong Kong.

It will consist of the HK-MTR lines|Ma On Shan, Sha Tin to Central Link (Tai Wai to Hung Hom), Kowloon Southern Link and HK-MTR lines|West Rail cite web

The Sha Tin to Central Link is awaiting construction so the HK-MTR lines|East-west is predicted to be implemented after 2015.

Originally, part of this was under the management of KCRC but after the merger, all of it is now part of MTR Corporation Limited.
