Ulysses Sherman Grant (geologist)

Ulysses Sherman Grant (February 14, 1867 in Moline, Illinois - September 21, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois) was an American geologist. He was the son of Lewis A. Grant. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and in 1899, became professor of geology at Northwestern University.
