Butch Miller (born June 5 1952) is a racecar driver from Coopersville, Michigan. He drives the #0 Chevrolet Silverado in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He is a multiple champion in the now-defunct American Speed Association stock car series.

In 1985, Miller ran his first Busch Series races. The next year, in 1986, he went to victory lane at the Indianapolis Raceway Park. He ran his first full season in 1991 in the Abingdon Va. based Henderson Motorsports Food Country U.S.A. #75 Oldsmobile, winning one of the most exciting races ever at Hickory Motor Speedway, scoring 7 top tens, and finishing 16th in points. 1992 fared better for Miller, as he scored 10 top tens and finished 7th in points.

Miller's NASCAR Nextel Cup career started in 1986, when he raced 3 races. In 1990, he ran the full season, however with trouble, scoring only 1 top ten, and finishing 27th in points.

In 1995, he joined other drivers and ran full time in the Craftsman Truck Series. He won a race at Colorado National Speedway beating Mike Skinner by 0.001 seconds in the closest finish in series history [closest finish in series history] and finished 4th in points. He continued to run full-time through 1998. From 1998 through today in all three series, Miller has scaled his schedule down, only running a few picked races.

Miller also drove a limited schedule in the 2005 Trans-Am Series.
