Nihongo|Vodka|ウオッカ (April 4, 2004 - ) is a Japanese racehorse which won the 2007 Tokyo Yūshun. She is the first mare to win this race for 64 years.

Race Career

- 2006-2007 -

In 2006, Vodka won Hanshin Juvenile Fillies in the third time race and became 2 years old mare champion.

For 2007 years, Vodka won with a run, the twice in two races till I entered in Oka Sho.There were many people who said that vodka won in Oka Sho. However, it was 1 Daiwa Scarlet to have won in a race, and Vodka was 2.

Vodka made the lace which ran next the Tokyo Yūshun (Japanese Derby) not Yushun Himba(Japanese Oaks).It was said to be absurd by many people that a filly entered in the Japanese Derby.However, Vodka won to 17 man colts.This victory was a splendid achievement for the first time in 64 years.

Vodka entered in Shuka Sho of the Triple Crown race last in autumn.Many people said that Vodka who won the Derby cannot have lost a mare. However, she yielded to Daiwa Scarlet again.She entered in two races, but was able to give victory neither afterwards.

- 2008 -

For 2008 years, she entered in Dubai Duty Free Stakes and Victoria Mile, but was able to win neither.However, she won in Yasuda Kinen.
