Makisig Network

Makisig Network, Inc. is a Philippine media network owned by horseowner-businessman Hermie Esguerra through Herma Group, Inc. The network's studios located at Sct. Rallos Ave., Quezon City. It is the home coverage of Karera @ San Lazaro Leisure Park. It was officialy launched in December 2007.

Racing coverage closure

On October 2008, Makisig will ceased the live horseracing coverage of San Lazaro Leisure Park. An insider claimed that the network gave a letter (via fax) to the Manila Jockey Club (MJCI, owners of SLLP) that their service will cover the live racetrack until October 27, 2008, despite signing a three-year contract with Manila Jockey Club. The race will close, but the network will not.
