La Uno (The One) (until September 30 2007 known as "La Primera" (The First)) in Spain is a television channel operated by Spanish national broadcaster TVE. Its offering is varied, including a mix of news, documentaries, entertainment and discussion-based programmes. Also, the government of Spain has two public television stations La 1, and La 2 (The Two).

Advertising provides TVE with revenue to run the channel.
