Jack Cecil Collins (born 9 May 1925) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Fitzroy and Essendon in the VFL.

Collins, who was recruited locally to Fitzroy, kicked seven goals in a game against St Kilda at Brunswick Street in his debut season.

He finished his career with a premiership at Essendon in 1950, where he played on the wing in the Grand Final win.

His sons Daryl and Dennis both played in the VFL during the 1970s.
