Tiger Ty is a character from the epic fantasy novel The Elf Queen of Shannara, by Terry Brooks.

He is a wingrider who helps a rover girl, Wren Elessedil, and her friend Garth, reach the island of Morrowindl where the Elves have not been for over hundred years. He warns then of the danger that lurks on the island and promises to pick Wren up in four weeks when her job there is over.^{[citation needed]}

He returns as promised and flies her to the Four Lands where Wren, as the new Elf queen, re-establishes Arborlon, capital city of elves.^{[citation needed]}

Tiger Ty serves as a liaison between the Wingriders and the Land Elves, as the elves of Arborlon are known to Wingriders, throughout the rest of the series. He finds and saves Wren Elessedil after she is kidnapped.^{[citation needed]}
