Old Ford Upper Lock is a lock on the Hertford Union Canal, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The lock is to the south of Victoria Park, next to a footbridge accessing the park.

The tail of the lock leads to the Lee Navigation, via the Old Ford Middle and Old Ford Lower Locks; and joins that canal below Old Ford Lock. The head of the lock proceeds west to join the Regent's Canal at the Hertford Union Junction between Mile End Lock and Old Ford Lock - on the Regent's Canal.
