The Other Side Magazine

"The Other Side Magazine" is a free London Culture Magazine that is distributed monthly to the loyal commuters of the Northern Line tube in London.

It all began in April 2007 when determined North Londoner Sam Lassman Watts saw a huge gap in the magazine market, a free magazine that actually has decent contentwhat. He created and printed off 200 copies that very same month and began handing them out at Highgate Tube.

After a solid year of work the popularity blossomed and the black & white print was changed to colour. The social networking company Webjam, eager to invite large social groups to test their site, developed an interest and in May 2008 funded the first of 3 5000 issue print runs.
