Motoşeni is a commune in Bacău County, Romania. It is composed of fourteen villages: Bâcleşti, Chetreni, Chicerea, Cociu, Cornăţelu, Fântânele, Fundătura, Gura Crăieşti, Motoşeni, Poiana, Praja, Rotăria, Şendreşti and Ţepoaia.
