Actor : Born January 22 1959 - Los Angeles, CA Actual name: Tyrone William Power IV

Father: Tyrone Power III (aka Tyrone Power, Jr) (note: Although after two divorces Tyrone had sworn off marriage, he tied the knot once again in 1958. Deborah Ann Montgomery Minardos married Tyrone in Mississippi on May 7. The couple set up a temporary residence in Madrid, Spain where Tyrone was beginning filming on "Solomon and Sheba," a Copa Productions picture. Tyrone was set to play title role of King Solomon. Sadly, after shooting a very intense dueling scene with George Sanders, Tyrone suffered a heart attack and died en route to the hospital. Tyrone’s only son, Tyrone William Power IV was born a mere two months after his father’s untimely death. Tyrone married Deborah Ann Montgomery Minardos on May 7 1958 and was delighted to learn he was to become a father again. He told friends that he could die a happy man if only his two wishes came true, he wanted a son and he wanted to die on stage. In August, Tyrone and Debbie set up a temporary residence in Madrid so he could begin his work on Solomon and Sheba. On the morning of November 15 1958, Tyrone and George Sanders worked on a grueling dueling scene which required numerous retakes. He collapsed, holding his left shoulder and arm. He was taken to his dressing room where he fell unconscious and was rushed to the nearest hospital. He died of a heart attack en route. Eerily, Tyrone had made a television commercial for the American Heart Association not long before his death. He was interred at Hollywood Memorial Cemetery (now called Hollywood Forever), Hollywood, California, USA. His tombstone includes the masks of Comedy and Tragedy and the inscription, "Good night, sweet prince..." On January 22 1959 Debbie gave birth to Tyrone William Power IV, who resembles his famous father.

Spouse: actress Delane Matthews, they met and fell in love while shooting the movie Healer in 1994).

Note Tyrone Power II starred in John Wayne’s first talking movie to rave reviews, The Big Trail (1930) (as Tyrone Power) .... Red Flack, wagon boss. The grandson of famed Irish actor Tyrone Power (1795-1841) and son of concert pianist Harold Power, Frederick Tyrone Power was raised and educated (at Dulwich College) in England. His family emigrated to the U.S. and he was sent to Florida to work as a citrus farmer. However, he hated farming, having always wanted to be an actor, so he abandoned the citrus ranch and made his stage debut in 'The Private Secretary' in 1886. He toured the U.S., Britain, and Australia in theatrical tours, becoming a famed matinee idol and calling himself Tyrone Power II and Tyrone Power the Younger. In 1912, he was acclaimed for his Brutus in 'Julius Caesar'. In 1914, he entered films and played leading roles until age moved him into often villainous character roles. At home one night after shooting on the film 'The Miracle Man' in 1931, Power suffered a massive heart attack and died literally in the arms of his 17-year-old son, Tyrone Power (Tyrone Edmund Power Jr., as he was legally named).

Great-great-grandfather, Tyrone Power I, wrote the two-volume "Impressions of America: during the years 1833, 1834, 1835" (London: R. Bently, 1836).
