Berit Puggaard

Berit Puggaard

Berit Raith Puggaard (born December 11, 1972 in Copenhagen, Hovedstaden) is a former freestyle and butterfly swimmer from Denmark, who represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1992 (Barcelona, Spain).

A member of swimming club Svømmeklubben Kvik she is best known for winning the bronze medal at the 1997 European Championships (LC) in the Women's 4x200m Freestyle, alongside Ditte Jensen, Britt Raaby, and Mette Jacobsen.
