Media-Providence Friends School is a Quaker school founded as Media Friends School in Media, Pennsylvania in 1876. A small pre-kindergarten through eighth grade academic community grounded in the Quaker testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Equality, Community and Service, MPFS offers a safe, structured environment where children of diverse backgrounds and faiths can interact, learn and grow up together.

Teachers at MPFS encourage collaboration, creativity and critical thinking through experiential instruction. In addition to providing students with a solid academic foundation, they aim to prepare them to be effective global citizens, giving students opportunities to act meaningfully upon their knowledge.
