* September 16, 1913: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Isole della Piccola Sonda from the Apostolic Vicariate of Batavia
* March 12, 1922: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Isole della Piccola Sonda
* March 8, 1951: Renamed as Apostolic Vicariate of Endeh
* January 3, 1961: Promoted as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Endeh
