Yammie Lam Kit Ying is a former Hong Kong TVB actress, most notable for her role in Looking Back In Anger.

Career

Yammie first joined TVB in 1984, graduating from the TVB actor training class a few months later along with fellow actress Margie Tsang Wah-Sin. Yammie did a number of movies as well as TVB serials, soon becoming well-known as one of the TVB "5 Dragon Girls".

Personal Life

Yammie has a history of mental problems that reportedly started after The Greed of Man when she played a insane person. It was said that she was unable to "get out" of her character.

In 1998, her parents died, she broke up with her boyfriend and she got into a car accident. She was admitted into a mental institution in 1999.

In 2006, she was spotted wandering around with blood stains on her skirt. It is believed she was menstruating.In 2007, Yammie was found wandering in the street smoking heavily and in her nightgown.
