Tensoba

Tensoba, or Tempura Soba is a dish of soba noodles and tempura served in a hot, dark broth made from dashi, soy sauce, and other ingredients. Soba and shrimp tempura is the most common version.

The Japanese dish of cold soba noodles (zarusoba) served with dipping sauce and a side of tempura is called tenzaru soba.
