The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalookan (Lat: "Dioecesis Kalookanus") is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines.
The diocese was erected in 2003 from its metropolitan, the Archdiocese of Manila.
The diocese has experienced no jurisdictional changes.
The first and only bishop is Deogracias S. Iñiguez, Jr., appointed in 2004.
