Pakistan Muslim League (Z)

The Pakistan Muslim League (Z) (Urdu: پاکستان مسلم لیگ ض) was a political party in Pakistan formed in 2002. It is one of the factions of the original Pakistan Muslim League, named after Gen. Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, the military dictator of Pakistan from 1978 to 1988. It was founded by his son, Muhammad Ijaz-ul-Haq, in 2002.

At the 2002 legislative elections, held on 20 October 2002, the party won 0.3 % of the popular vote and 1 out of 272 elected members.

In May 2004, PML (Z) merged with PML (Q) along with other parties to form united PML. [cite news |first = Ashraf|last = Mumtaz|url = http://www.dawn.com/2004/05/20/nat1.htm|title = Parties to inform EC about merger with PML|publisher = Dawn |date = May 20, 2004|accessdate =]
