Halwa Poori

Halwa Poori in Gawalmandi, Lahore is a traditional Pakistani food.It is also famous in western parts of India especially East Punjab.

The food is tasty at all times but traditionally its a part of breakfast in Pakistan. Starting from Lahore and Karachi, its now one of the most attractive breakfast across the cities and towns of Pakistan.

Composition

Halwa poori has developed into a traditional breakfast consiting of a deep fried bread chapati, served with Halwa and curries mixed of Chickpeas (choley) and potato. Traditional mango pickle and onion pickle are also served along with fresh yougurt.
