Robert Bilsand McGregor MBE (born 3 April, 1944cite web |url=http://www.olympics.org.uk/athleterecord.aspx?at=2181 |title=British Olympic Association > Athletes > Robert McGregor |publisher=BOA |accessdate=2008-08-07 ] ) was a British swimmer of the 1960s who won a Silver medal at the 1964 Olympic Games.
