José Carlos Guimarães

José Carlos R. de Carvalho Guimarães (born 9 April, 1964 in Luanda) is a former Angolan basketball player and a current coach. He achieved the greatest success of his carrer at Benfica, were he won several titles of National Champion and the Cup of Portugal, among Jean-Jacques.Guimarães also competed with the Angola national basketball team at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics.
