The SNU Crimson Storm football team was established in 2000. Their home games are played at SNU McFarland Park Stadium [ [http://sports.snu.edu/facilities_football.asp Football Stadium] ] . In 2007 the Crimson Storm won their first home opener game. Since 2004, SNU has been competing in the NAIA Central States Football League in football, while in the Sooner Athletic Conference in other sports.The head coach for the Crimson Storm is Mike Cochran. Cochran's all time record is 59-19 (13-7 at SNU). Other coaching staff include, Lee Brower as the Offensive Coordinator, Craig Hubbard is the Defensive Coordinator, Jeremy Wirth, Recruiting Coordinator/Defensive Line, Steve Lykes, Defensive Backs, Micah Anderson, Outside Linebackers, Clay Rhodes, Tight Ends, Eric Michael, Running Backs/Special Teams, Billy Sexton, Strength Coach, Jeff Seyfert, Academic Coordinator.
