St Swithun's School, Winchester

Saint Swithun's School is an independent school for girls in Winchester, Hampshire. It consists of a Junior School (3-11) and a Senior School (11-18). Boys are admitted to the Junior School up to the age of 7. They frequently appear on the GCSE and A-level league tables.

Houses

St. Swithun's has 2 houses for the L4s (yr 7) which are Le Roy and Chilcomb. Le Roy is the boarding hosue and Chilcomb if for the day girls. In U4 (yr 8) all L4s move into their senior houses. The senior boarding houses are Hyde Abbey, High House, Earl's Down and Hillcroft. The senior houses for day girls are Caer Gwent, Davier and Venta. In U6 (yr 13) all the girls are in Finlay, which includes day girls and boarders.
