Colomba Wate ("Colombo Ride") is the first Sinhala mobile game to be introduced on 8 August 2008. The game was officially launched at 8 minutes and 8 seconds after 8am on the "8-8-8".

Uniquely the game environment is of an almost identical map of the city of Colombo.^[1]
