Dmitry Mikhaylovich Lepikov (Russian: Дмитрий Михайлович Лепиков; born April 21, 1972 in St. Petersburg) is a retired Russian freestyle swimmer.

Lepikov is best known for winning the gold medal in the Men's 4x200m Freestyle event at the 1992 Summer Olympics at Barcelona, alongside Vladimir Pyshnenko, Veniamin Tayanovich, Aleksey Kudryavtsev (heats), Yury Mukhin (heats) and Yevgeny Sadovyi.
