Musical Career

Genci is, apart from a gifted tennis player, an important member of the Albanian showbiz. He's nicknamed 'The Golden voice of Albania" for his exceptional singing talent. He's also a very good dancer and because of his good looks, he's a real girls idol. Right now he's working on a Michael Jackson cover album which is due to be released in the summer. Genci is also rumoured to be making a concept album and film around his alias 'Ace Loveforty', where the main protagonist fights crime and simultaneously promotes the benefits of a healthier life style through tennis.

Charity Work

Although Genci Cakciri is a really busy man, being active in both sports and showbiz, he still finds time to do charity works. Right now he's volunteering as father figure in an orphanage. He visits the poor children 3 times a week to do fatherly things to/with them. This caused a dramatic increase of children being sent to orphanages. Mr. Cakciri is known to look for other charity work after government officials criticized his (bad) influence on Albanian family life.

In 2006 he was nominated for the Donald Trump Good Samaritan Award.

Personal Life

As of 2007, Genci is still blatently single, but has been romantically linked with many famous Albanian women in recent years, including cosmologist Dr Laura Mersini and popular singer Ledina Çelo.

Whilst reporting on the 2006 Stockholm Open Genci was seen at the Scandic Ariadne Hotel with award winning Polish tennis journalist Natalia Tatarkiewicz. He is yet to respond to these allegations.
