1996 Summer Paralympics medal table

1996 Summer Paralympics medal table

The 1996 Summer Paralympics medal table is a list of National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) ranked by the number of medals won by their athletes during the 1996 Summer Paralympics, held in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States, from August 16 to August 25, 1996.

The ranking sorts by the number of gold medals earned by a country (in this context a country is an entity represented by a National Paralympic Committee). The number of silver medals is taken into consideration next and then the number of bronze medals. If, after the above, countries are still tied, equal ranking is given and they are listed alphabetically.
