Variations for Orchestra

Variations for Orchestra

"Variations for Orchestra" is the last ballet made by New York City Ballet co-founder and balletmaster George Balanchine to Igor Stravinsky's "Variations in Memory of Aldous Huxley" (1965). The premiere took place on July 2, 1982, at the New York State Theater, Lincoln Center.
