CMS has adopted the Montessori method of preschool education. The Pre-Primary section admits boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 5 as follows:

The Junior Section

Infrastructure

CMS Kanpur Road Branch comprises a single four-storied buildings with spacious, well ventilated, well lit class rooms form the basic infra structure with Computer and Television in each and every class room for better education transmission to students,all the claas rooms are connected with each other through Wi-Fi system.These are provided with state of the art computer rooms, well equipped libraries, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Bio-Technology labs; a play ground,a swimming pool and a Basketball court.The branch also has an Auditorium named World Unity and Convention Centre which has a seating capacity of almost 4000 people and is the second largest Auditorium in Asia.Kanpur Road Branch also have two guest house.

Morning Prayer Assembly

It is mandatory for CMS Kanpur Road students to participate in the morning assembly. This prayer assembly lasts about half an hour and consists of the recital of devotional songs & prayers. A group of students conducts the assembly and presents virtue-talks and inspiring speeches and stories as well.

Class Presentations

Class Presentations are designed to show case individual talent. Each and every child of the class gets an opportunity to face an audience in a 2-2½ hour long ensemble of dances, songs, cultural presentations, skits, debates, etc.

CMS Kanpur Road is an English Medium School and thus Spoken English is greatly stressed on.

Enrichment Classes

With the aim of adapting the curriculum to individual needs the school runs enrichment classes. These are held after school hours and consist of small groups where discussion, problem-solving, re-enforcement of learning and close teacher student interaction takes place.

CMS Kanpur Road students participate in National and International competitions including International Robotics Olympiads, International Quality Circle Conventions, International Astronomy Olympiads, Environmental workshops, International Science festivals like Quanta, Macfair, Cofas, Celesta, SAARC Youth Festival, World Peace Festival, Children’s International Summer Village (CISV) Camps, International School to School Exchange (ISSE) programmes, National Mathematics Olympiads, National Talent Search Examination and National Choral Singing Competitions.
