Charlie Richmond (referee)

Charlie Richmond (born 13 May 1968) is a Scottish football referee. Currently refereeing in the Scottish Premier League, Richmond is also on the FIFA list of international referees, having officiated at the level since 2003.[1] He has also refereed in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup, and is an engineer by profession.
