The Chevrolet Orlando is a five-door, seven-seat compact MPV manufactured by GM Korea under the Chevrolet division for world-wide markets[3]

Contents

First generation (2010-)

It was introduced as a concept vehicle at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. In August 2009, at its extended product review, GM previewed the production-spec Orlando and confirmed its production.[4]

GM originally intended that the Orlando would go into production in the United States,[5] however, in May 2010, GM reversed their decision.[6] The Chevrolet Orlando will still be sold in Canada starting in 2011 for the 2012 model year.[7] Orlando is now being produced in Kunsan plant, Korea.

In 2010, GM showed the GMC Granite small MPV concept, which is similar to the Orlando[8].
