Micah Kilakila Ka'aihue (born March 29, 1984 in Kailua, Hawaii) is a first baseman for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball.

Kaaihue went to Iolani High School in Honolulu, Hawaii and the University of Nebraska. He was drafted by the Royals in the 15th Round (438th overall) of the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft. He played for the GCL Royals in by|2002, Single-A Burlington Royals in by|2003 and by|2004, and the Single-A Advanced High Desert Mavericks in by|2005. In by|2006, he played for the Double-A Wichita Wranglers. Ka'aihue split by|2007 between the Single-A Advanced Wilmington Blue Rocks and Wichita. In by|2008, Ka'aihue played for Kansas City's new Double-A affiliate, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. When rosters expanded on September 1, he was called up to the major leagues. Ka'aihue made his major league debut on September 4, mlby|2008. He hit his first major league home run on September 20th, 2008 off of Gavin Floyd.
