Modern Rock is a 24-hour music format produced by Waitt Radio Networks. It's playlist is comprised of alternative rock music released from the 1990s to this day from artists such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, The Hives, Pearl Jam, Incubus, etc. This satellite-driven format targets listeners in the 18-34 demograhic range. "Modern Rock" also includes programs such as "New Music Matinee", "CD Center Stage", "Espresso Retro" and "Morning Mindfunk". The "Now Playing" segment is available to website visitors, however, the daily playlist, and live online streaming are accessible by affiliates with an access code.

Although "Modern Rock" isn't affected by the recent purchase of Waitt by Triton Media Group, it will be relocated into Dial Global's portfolio in months to come.
