KNDO channel 23 is the NBC affiliate serving the Yakima, Washington, USA, area.

Providing over 25 hours of local news coverage on their primary channel a week, the station also produces a "Digital Local News Channel" and "NBC Weather Plus" affiliate. The channels are available locally over the air on digital channels 23.2 and 23.3, and the "Weather Plus" affiliate is also available through digital cable, streaming online from [http://www.kndu.com KNDU.com] , and every daily newscast.

Alike to many other stations, they also maintain a website, "KNDO.com". The website provides live streaming breaking news, video clips from daily newscasts, news stories from daily newscasts, and additional content provided by many different sources.

Owned by The KHQ Television Group, the station debuted on the air on October 15, 1959 as an ABC (primary) affiliate. During this time it also showed occasional programs from NBC, as well as a few CBS programs turned down by KIMA-TV. including Laramie and Andy Griffith. In 1965 KNDO became a primary NBC affiliate, but showed some ABC programming until KAPP debuted in 1970 to take the ABC affiliation. The station provides the satellite programming for sister station KNDU in the Tri-Cities.

In March 2007, KNDO stopped local Yakima 5pm & 6pm newscasts. Now all newscasts are out of the Tri-Cities. But 5pm, 6pm and 11pm newscasts are localized for the Yakima Valley.
