Camden Middle School is a public middle school serving the sixth through eighth grades in Camden, South Carolina. It is operated by the Kershaw County School District. It is located on Laurens Street on the former Camden High School campus.

Core academic classes

Classes at Camden Middle School are on the period system and run for an entire year. Students two realted arts classes are changed on the semester system.

As of 2008, each academic grade level is departmentalized. Students are put in classes based on scheduling and academic level, among other factors. Accelerated, as well as remedial, classes are available. Each academic class is seventy minutes each day.

Students in English classes have an opportunity to take a course of the grade above them, one of which provide high school credit. Math students can take Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry. Algebra and Geometry provide high school credit.
