The 1932 VFL Grand Final took place on October 1, 1932 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground between VFL clubs Richmond and Carlton.

Richmond were competing in their fifth Grand Final in six years, and after losing the previous four finally claimed the premiership with a close win over Carlton.
