Overlooking the Wen River in Yinan, Shandong, China, Chang-Hong Art Gallery is a gallery for contemporary and historical art, with exhibitions changing quarterly. Chang-Hong Art Gallery’s permanent collection includes over 1,200 works of art.[citation needed]

Chang-Hong Art Gallery’s mandate is to operate and maintain in the City and online a public museum for the collection, exhibition, preservation and interpretation of works of art and for the development of public understanding and appreciation of art.[citation needed]
