Rok Stipčević (born May 25, 1986 in Maribor, Slovenija) is a Croatian professional basketball player who currently plays for the KK Zadar from Croatia. His height is 1.83 m (6 ft 0 ½ in) and he plays as a point guard.

Stipčević grew up in Zadar, Croatia, where he started to play basketball for KK Zadar, joining the senior team in 2003. In season 2005/06 he was loaned to KK Borik Puntamika.

He was member of the Croatian Junior National Teams: U16, U18, U20.
