Pavle is 1.86 m tall and weighs 81 kg.In season 1995/1996 on 17-years old Pavle scored 58 goals for the junior team of
Crvena Zvezda , but he never don't play for the first team. In 2003 withFK Leotar Trebinje Delibašić played in qualifying rounds of Champions League. In july 2003 he scored goal in 2nd qualifying round in a match againstSlavia Praha , but the result of the match was a 1:2 loss for Leotar. The forward played 26 matches in 2003-04 and scored 11 goals. In summer 2004 he returned inSerbia and signed withFK Čukarički Stankom . One year later gone in chineseChongqing Lifan . In season 2007/2008 Delibašić played for greekKallithea F.C. .Delibašić signed a 2 year deal with
